Book your first class

The first class at La Guarida has a cost. It's a Funcional session and you have 1 month to use your pass.

If at the end of the class you decide on a plan, what you paid for this class counts toward it.

What you can expect

• Small group. The class is individualized, and your level is assessed so the weights fit you.
• We recommend water and a sports towel.
• You check in at reception, then go into the room.
• Training is barefoot.
• There is a bathroom if you need to change.
• If you have an injury or any pain, tell the coach.
• There are no lockers. At the entrance of La Guarida there is space for your shoes, cap, backpack, and umbrella.
• Class ends with meditation and stretching, and the body comes back to calm.
• Manticoras look after La Guarida the same way we look after the equipment we train with. We'll ask you to clean it and return it to its place.
